Passports Program
About
The Passports Program at Willowbridge Community Services empowers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to live fulfilling and independent lives. Funded by the Ministry of Children, Community, and Social Services, the program provides direct funding to eligible individuals and families, allowing them to personalize their supports and services. With Passports, participants can enhance their quality of life by engaging in their communities, learning new skills, and pursuing their interests.
Our team is here to assist participants and families in understanding the program, managing their funding, and finding the resources that best fit their goals.
The Passports Program is for adults aged 18 and over with an intellectual or developmental disability who have left school and are eligible for support through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO).
The Passports Program provides flexibility, allowing participants to choose how and where they access services, whether it’s in their community, home, or another setting that suits their needs and goals.
