Respite Services
Passports Services
Passport is a provincial program that administers funding to adults over 18 and living with a developmental disability to help them participate in their communities. If you receive Passport funding, we can help you explore your options for personal development,
respite, and community activities.
Our experienced staff work with adults one-on-one to help develop an individualized program that focuses on community engagement and personal interests. Our agency provides transportation for clients and coordinates registration for all activities.
What you can do with your Passport funding:
- Make new friends
- Join our Respite Program
- Take part in community activities and recreational programs
- Work with us to plan and manage your passport spending
- Volunteer at meaningful community placements
- Build skills and achieve your goals
